![]() Since I am on the Quantum version of Firefox already, albeit on the "ESR channel", I have long accepted the dropping of many Add-Ons that no longer work with Quantum.but this ESR channel version is just too flaky/insecure to be using it all the time. And yet, the ESR version does not seem to be maintained well by Mozilla and may be insecure, maybe even hijackable (I was having a redirect issue few weeks ago to an unknown website which went away after I upgraded to the latest ESR version), and I don't want to be using it any more.ĭoes anyone know how to change from ESR to the normal Firefox apart from having to totally uninstall it and reinstall from scratch? I know my bookmarks will be destroyed, and even if I manage to reimport my old Profile back, the bookmarks will be all out of whack and won't look the same or retain their favicons. I want to change from the ESR to the normal Firefox version, but something tells me that it is going to be messy and difficult and involves deleting and installing Firefox all over again. This download was checked by our built-in antivirus and. The most popular versions among Firefox ESR users are 78.2, 78.1 and 60.5. This free program was originally designed by Mozilla. This free PC program was developed to work on Windows 7 and is compatible with 32-bit systems. Note that this problem comes and goes, and the one I showed is just an extreme case (which occurred just now). Download Firefox ESR or Rapid Release for another language or platform. Firefox ESR 102.2 is free to download from our software library. ![]() ![]() I do not think it's my graphic card, as I have not had this issue until after I changed to Firefox Quantum ESR. Chrome also showed this error in connecting to Paypal (initially), but not any more.Ĭertain fonts disappear and cannot be seen, even if I type them, they do not appear. Right now, I cannot connect to Paypal and am getting an Insecure certificate message, and not only that, but I have been noticing a font problem with the browser. I am still on Firefox ESR 60.2.1 and I am getting a feeling like it is full of bugs and may not be secure.
